Licence Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms. This licence is for personal or internal business use only.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
Third-Party Services
Some Software may connect to third-party services (such as AI providers) using API keys you provide. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Updates
We may release updates to the Software from time to time. These updates may be installed automatically or require manual installation depending on your settings and distribution platform.
Support
Support for Software products is provided on a reasonable efforts basis via email. We do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues.
Refunds
For Software purchased directly through our website (via Paddle), we offer a 7-day free trial before purchase. As you have the opportunity to evaluate the Software before buying, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning and we cannot resolve it, contact info@techniciti.eu within 14 days of purchase to discuss a refund. Refunds for purchases made through the Mac App Store or Setapp are subject to their respective policies.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.
